Surin Bay Inn Restaurant:
just off Phuket's Surin Beach

A favorite of Phuket residents and expatriates - located right off Surin Beach.  Good Western style cooking, along with all the Thai favorites.  People staying at Phuket's Chedi or Amanpuri - will find it just down the road.

If you enjoy Aussie and local cooking - this is the place to be.  I think they have one of the best "American" breakfasts on the island.

 Drive to Surin Beach and follow the road parallel to the beach that heads to Chedi and Amanpuri - you can't miss the "SBI" on the right.

Terry and his wife Mai are well known by the local folks.  You'll find them both cordial and interesting people. 

After your meal - it's hard to beat a stroll on Surin Beach.  Check out the 25+ beach shack restaurants for dinner another evening.  There is a great juice/smoothie shop towards the southern end of the beach - just before the Twin Brothers Restaurant.

Look up Surin Hill from here to see the many million dollar houses.  If you get a chance take a drive up there and catch the magnificent views.

American and British breakfasts are recommended as are the Aussie pies.  You'll find a lot of us local folks eating there for "brekkie" on the weekends or a casual dinner during the week.
