Pat's Home really is a cooking school at the home of Pat Teinthong near Phuket Town. Half-day classes include four dishes each session. Very popular, highly reviewed.

The original on the island and an old favorite, the Boathouse’s Thai cooking courses, led by the resort’s executive chef, take place every Saturday and Sunday morning.

Classes are hands-on, with attendance limited to ten persons to ensure participation. Recipes are chosen for adaptability to Western kitchens. Classes are conducted in fluent English.

Culinary Classes are held at the Boathouse on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Try your hand with Chef Tamanoon's menus that include appetizers, salads and main course selections. A leisurely lunch follows each class. Graduates get a Boathouse certificate, apron and recipe collection.
