Farang Restaurant on Phuket

Farang Restaurant has the best all around international food on Phuket - at bargain prices.

 This small restaurant became an immediate favorite when they opened their first shop in Cherng Talay near Bang Tao Beach and the Laguna Resorts.  Great food - from Salmon Salsa Verde to Ceasar Salad to a great small burger.  Moderately-sized dishes and prices from only B60-100 for truly delicious entrees - mean you'll end up ordering a couple items for each person.  You'll leave with a very happy tummy!

A very popular restaurant, you'll find the Farang at the eastern end of Cherng Talay as you are beginning to leave town.  If you get to the petrol station, you've gone too far, head back to town for about 200 meters and you are there - same side of the street.

Unfortunately, Farang doesn't deliver, but the staff do have good enough English skills to handle a phone call for a takeaway order.

If they delivered, I'd eat their food almost every night.

They had a shop in and later next to the Index mall, but the poor location caused it to close, so . . . you'll have to go up to Cherng Talay to give them a try.  Very easy to access if you are staying in the Bang Tao Beach area or Laguna Resorts.

In the same small town - several other favorites - look for the Black Cat and another local favorite is the Surin Bay Inn in, of course, Surin Beach.
