Phuket's Best Beaches

If you've been around the island a bit, you know that Phuket offers some of the finest beaches in the world. 

And Phuket is quite affordable compared to many international destinations.  A winning combination for those who can't afford long visits to Maui. 

If you'd like to check out the favorite beaches of Phuket, you've found the right place.  

 If you don't mind a short drive, many fine beaches are just up the road from the crowded Patong, Karon, and Kata Beaches.

Isolation calls many people and some love to have a beach and the sea to themselves - and if so, head on up the highway, off the island a bit to find some really spectacular sights.

This beach is in Thai Muang, right in front of the golf course. Spectacular!

Nai Thon Beach [left] is known for its pure and clean Squeaky Sand.

Hidden away in a small cove, you'll love Laem Singh.

Just the photos alone here should get you down the road a bit for cool swim.  Give serious consideration to driving the entire west coast of the island from Prom Thep Cape up to the bridges that connect the island to the mainland.  You'll find some isolated places, some beautiful places, and quite a few surprises.  It's worth the drive!
