The best BBQ and Mexican food on Phuket

 I don't get into Patong very often - but when I do - it is usually to eat at the BBQ Hut.  Growing up near Mexico - I have a frequent desire for the cuisine but am so often disappointed.  But, you won't be disappointed at he BBQ Hut.  Everything is good to great - from the B29 tacos during "Taco Happy Hour" to the giant Casa Grande plate (big enough for two people!).

The BBQ ribs are also great - at super prices.  And I would be remiss to forget to mention the best frozen margarita around for only B95!

This restaurant is a great place to meet up with friends and spend a relaxing afternoon.  The owner grew up with "Tex-Mex" food and knows how to get it done right - and consistent.  Good quality ingredients and authentic taste mark this restaurant as being worth a try.

Find the BBQ Hut at the south end of Rat-U-Thit Road - you can't miss the sign.

Street noise here can be a bit much, so if you are there during Patong's "rush hour" - sit towards the back of the restaurant.
